Terms & Conditions

Postage to UK

Postage & Packing on UK orders is free 2nd class post which will normally reach you in 2-3 business days. Most items are despatched the same day if ordered before 1pm. If you require guaranteed next day delivery please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

Ordering from outside the UK

From past experience parcels usually take 3 - 7 days to reach Europe, 7 - 14 days to reach all other countries. Please make sure you complete the address section accurately.

Delivery

Items will normally be despatched within 24 hours of payment. (normally the same day if ordered by 1pm). If there is going to be a delay we will contact you via email.

Payment

We accept all major debit/credit cards through our secure payment processing partners, Paypal . (You do not need to hold a paypal account to use this service).

If you would prefer you can also make payment by cheque or postal order. Please be aware that if you do so, your order may take a little longer to arrive. Full details regarding where to address any cheques is included at checkout.

Returns

If you change your mind or are not happy for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days, unused and in it's original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue you with a refund, this will exclude any postage costs that were incurred during the original order. (we will of course reimburse postage costs if the item arrived damaged or is discovered to be faulty). We would be grateful if you could let us know before returning any goods via the 'contact us' form.

Security

We do not share or disclose your personal information with any other parties. All the data we collect from this site remains completely confidential and used only to fulfil orders.

Descriptions

Allthough we try and describe everything as accurately as possible please be aware that sometimes there may be a slight difference in measurements given and slight variations in the colours shown on the images.
